Hey Peaches! The Lothal rebel group deals with their recent lost in different ways, all heartbreaking. After some time to recover Ezra is given a mission to stop the imperial pursuits at the Jedi temple. What is going on there? And how can Ezra stop the Empire.

Ok guys, before Ahsoka Season 2 hits, you NEED to watch the Mortis trilogy from Clone Wars. NEED. As this and Ahsoka Season 1 proves, Dave Filoni's whole plan for Star Wars involves expanding it.

Finishing this watch along- So Zeb and Sabine were ultimately taking the high road and deciding revenge is not the answer for the Ghost crew. But neither of them actively say they realized that. Sabine talks about that not being their way and who they are. It might have been nice if the realization had been mentioned then, and they had a brief moment to reflect on the anger part of their grief. Sometimes a show actually spelling it out for the kids is easier for adults to get behind, because we know it’s a lesson. They still had no qualms about taking out the storm troopers. I tend to have a very high tolerance for kid show level choices so it didn’t bother me at all, but I get where you’re coming from. I honestly don’t remember exactly what happens to Rukh, so I honestly don’t remember if the answer is “plot armor” either. Just crossed my mind.

So I watched 11 right after I finished 10 again and sobbed immediately. Good to know my emotions are still responding as usual. Chopper rushing to Hera murders me every time.

I did also want to add in the discussion of Ahsoka connections before everyone else did. The symbols on the painting in this episode are shown all throughout the end credits of Ahsoka and also decorate the stronghold where Thrawn and the Witches are meaning that the other galaxy does have some direct connection to where Ezra is going as well as Mortis. It is really fun to go back to this show after Ahsoka and vice versa and find all the bread crumbs that are leading to Filoni's endgame with Ahsoka and his Mando time period movie

Yeah, it's just 3 episodes but they are really great even if Adam already gave the quick overview of the episodes. It's an incredible piece of lore that Lucas added to Star Wars and one that it looks like Dave Filoni will expand on in the Ahsoka series.

JAY AND ADAM NEED TO WATCH THE ACTUAL MORTIS ARC. ITS INSANE TO SKIP AT THIS POINT

You saw a similar stone in Andor in The antiquities shop. Perhaps the same one?

The other tidbit of context/theory for the Mortis Gods is since the father said Anakin was destined to take his place as The Chosen One that's how he appears in a corporal form in Ahsoka and also why he flips between light and dark in the World between Worlds since he's balance incarnate. My personal theory for Ahsoka S2 is Baylan thinks he ccan take the Father's place but doesn't realize Anakin already has/was redeemed and he is actually the Son and through that ignorance he will release Abeloth somehow and chaos ensues.
