Yeah, Mark is not reintegrated. He is in the very beginning stage at this point and only having brief flashes from his other self in each of his consciousnesses. He is still innie and outie in the correct places, they experiencing each others memories, like when Mark sees Gemma as Mss Casey at the end... Mark sees Gemma as Mss Casey. He still doesn't know who she is down there. Outie Mark also wouldn't know about the "Bullshit Gazette"... the fake redacted newspaper showing MDR in a parade.

The reason Mark made that face was cuz he didn't know that Milchick knew what had happened.
