October Horror Movie Reaction Suggestions!

Hey Peaches!

We want to spend the month of October Reacting to spooky scary movies, and we need your help with what you all would like to see us cover!

WHAT HORROR MOVIES SHOULD WE REACT TO!?

We already Have 2 locked in, so we will be setting up a poll and the top two will be selected.

Please leave your recommendations in the comments. As Always, Bonus Points for where the Movie is streaming.

We are going to be doing more things like this on the patreon going forward, and are looking forward to making this platform a more engaging place for everyone. With movie suggestions and Polls going forward, they will behave as they have with the movies so up until this point. All Paid tiers will be able to suggest movies, but Movie Voting will be reserved for the Illuminati Tier.

We will be expanding the ability to pick our reactions into the Mid-Tier soon, just trying to find the right balance.

Thanks for your recommendations and have a spooky week!

Army of Darkness (prime), The Thing-1982 (Apple+/Peacock), Trick r Treat (Max), Tucker and Dale vs Evil (prime)

Courtney Cowan

Army of Darkness for sure, the other Evil Dead's would be also fun!

Emily Hathaway

The Exorcist 3. Specifically Exorcist 3. Such a slow burn yet completely haunting horror film about evil. Itโ€™s a great horror flick.

Psudonym

Tucker and Dale vs Evil Evil Dead Evil dead 2 Army of Darkness Shaun of the Dead Trick r Treat

Summer

Practical Magic (Pluto TV) and Dr. Sleep (Hulu/Paramount/Amazon)

Veronica

Maybe a future theme could be unintentionally horrifying kids movies

Claire Deeley

Halloween 3 is a good movie. It gets a bad rep because it's called Halloween.

Boba Fethski

Woman in Black. In no way a ghosty ghost movie

Count Spankula

Although given how bad the trailer freaked you guys out, maybe notโ€ฆ

Mor1 Hunt3r

Bruno Bazil

Does Food Wars count as Horror?

Andrew Christian (APChrist)

If you want to go for a "so bad it's good" horror movie... Texas Chain Saw Massacre: The Next Generation... chef's kiss. With a couple actors in it that make you go, "Why the hell are they in this?!?!?!"

Wally Pinkerton

idk about that list. the only one i seen up there is the poltergeist 1

Freeman25 4ever

What Lies Beneath (2000) The Fog (1980) Poltergeist (1982) The Legacy (1978) Monster Club (1981)

Andrew Christian (APChrist)

1. Addams Family Values - great film; 2. Drop Dead Gorgeous - fun slasher film, technically; 3. Rocky Horror Picture Show - no explanation required; and 4. Tucker and Dale vs Evil - Alan Tudyk

Kelly Mader-Schonour

Look I know yall would hate it....but Longlegs.

Zach Hilts

pee wee's big adventure(Amazon Rental)

Billy Alston

I mean, there is really only 1 right answer here...it's Hocus Pocus. After that, Witches of Eastwick, and as a third place choice, and just because the sequel is out, is Beetlejuice. Maybe Ghostbusters. But if you're going to do a movie where you hold your hands over your eyes (which it's hilarious) then you need to go full gore and scare without it being like Mike Meyers gross, that'd be Saw or maybe Scream since it's got elements of comedy. Some campy 90's flick. But Hocus Pocus is still the right answer, greatest Halloween movie ever. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ

Kara L Joy

Honestly, anything from the Mike Flanagan-verse. The shows are perfect, but Hush (on Prime) is an incredibly evocative thriller, and Occulus (on Pluto) is so good

Gretchen Badger

Evil Dead Rise - Max Abigail - Peacock Cabin in the Woods - Peacock Late Night With The Devil - Shudder

Chris J

Poltergeist - Amazon Shaun of the Dead -Amazon The Cabinet of Dt. Caligari (silent movie!) -Amazon

Right? They would have GREAT reactions! And itโ€™s more accessible horror, not too scary or gross, just super creepy and really thoughtful.
