That Technical bake was really something - I haven't laughed that hard in quite some time. I will also tell all you wonderful Patreon members, Kimberly and I made that bake on Saturday and can I just say...not worth the calories. Or the effort. Or the ingredients. Woof. Very possible our Americanization of the recipe contributed to the flavors being a little less than delicious (we couldn't find a couple of the key ingredients, namely stem ginger), but coming off the rousing deliciousness that was the lemon thyme cake, let's just say we weren't too enthusiastic about that bake.
