It won't be easy as three force users stand in their way. Can Ahsoka and Sabine beat them and destroy the map before the bad guys can download Thrawns location?

Agree with the above comment. The inquisitor was likely killed earlier, possibly by Morgan or Balen given that they are not sith themselves, and re-animated à la the Mountain in GoT by Morgan's Nightsister magic - my guess anyway. That said, Jay's theory is highly plausible as well.

Just wanted to throw in that my sisters and mine first reaction to the "spacesuit full of farts" was powerful Nightsister magic. Like, they did it to show just how powerful a Nightsister Morgan is because we have seen in animated shows and games that some of the strongest Nightsister's could summon and place spirits in objects or reanimate the dead and when defeated usually have that green smoke since that's the color they've made the Nighsisters magic. But those are just our thoughts on what happened!
