Obi Wan Kenobi S1E03 Watch Along

Hey Peaches! Well, here we go, sooner than expected, but very welcome. Obi Wan and baby Leia are on the run, on a, kind of, way station planet. Obi Wan has lost faith in the galaxy, while Leia is brimming with it. Turns out Leia is the best improvisor in the Galaxy, unfortunately for her, Obi Wan isn't the best.  And that causes an old friend to stroll into town and murder half of it. For fun. Things quickly go from bad to worse, and we can't wait for next week to see how this resolves.

Speaking of being nice to robots, my mom always made sure she said please and thank you to her alexa so there would be a record that she respected them. Just in case. She wasn't paranoid, just being practical. :)

Also. I hear what you all are saying about Reva, but I gotta say, I LOVE a bad ass female character, whether she is good or evil or somewhere in-between. It's sad that the actress playing her is getting flack online because she's doing a fantastic job.

My husband hasn't been down to watch Obi-Wan with me, but luckily I have you guys! I'm really enjoying watching the show with you two!

I know you guys hate the Star Wars intro, but I find it hilarious. I mean they have all the prominent important characters....the Mandalorian Armorer, Kylo Ren, C3PO, Vader.....then there's roomba looking sweeper doid #4 lol seriously though, love the episode. anytime Vader gets a chance to shine is awesome cause he will always be the one to the set the bar, the gold standard of kick assery

Obi-Wan is suffering from PTSD + he's rusty. Makes sense after a decade hidden away. Good episode IMO. Although, whether it'll remain good depends on the remaining three episodes. I'm hoping Obi-Wan will complete a character arc where the upcoming rematch will see him somehow best Vader. Also, Reva needs to die, and the Grand Inquisitor needs to come back, or it'll be too much of a break in continuity.

I have to admit, even with all the criticism of Reva this show is getting, I have been loving it. This is probably my favorite episode yet! And seeing Darth Vader in his prime was both terrifying and amazing to see. His presence and spirit just radiate fear!

Yeah it's interesting how Zach Braff as a star-nosed mole sounds so much like Seth Rogan, but he didn't do the laugh.

Bethlee Swanson

First time watching I thought it was Seth Rogan lol

Jared Winn

Fun fact: Frick the mole guy is Zach Braff.
