December Movie Commentary Track Nominees
Added 2021-11-23 15:56:54 +0000 UTCHey Peaches! It's that time again. Time to nominate movies for Jay and I to do a commentary track/full watch along. And since we're approaching the holiday season, we thought it would be hilarious if December's movie theme would be a Switchmas movie.
Now, in case you are a newer Peach, and this is your first Switchmas with us, let me explain what Switchmas is. For the past few year, Jay and I would do trailer reactions to Hallmark Christmas Rom-Com movies for the last couple weeks of the year. We called it 'The 12 Days of Switchmas', because there's always characters 'switching' in these movies. And Jay really wanted a Nintendo Switch the first year we did it. We've never actually watched any of these movies. But that is about to change.
So, give your best, or worst, cheesy holiday rom-com and we'll make a ton of jokes while watching it.

Mixed Nuts is KIND of a rom-com, and also just kind of a dark comedy. It's got an impressive cast too. If I had to choose any holiday romcom I'd go with that one. But if we count that one, that means there's others we can count too, like The Ref and The Family Stone. Those are my three fave dysfunctional family/relationship holiday films.
