Anyways.....Meanwhile, in the apocalypse....Yorick, 355, and the scientist are on their way to San Fran, until a tree jumps out of nowhere in front of their car. Back at the Pentagon, Beth, the girl Yorick proposed to right before the end of the world, shows up at the front door. I'm sure she has pure intensions..... And after the crash Yorick's gang become prisoners of prisoners, or guests, I guess. We don't know about y'all, but there's a general sense that something huge is about to go down....

I am sad this didn’t get renewed…it really is a good show, but I also (as shown through my being so many episodes behind) I get that it wasn’t a good time culturally for this show to come out. Also- with 6 minutes 10 seconds left, Jay mentioned all the chicken carcasses, and I started frantically asking where is Ampersand. I’m still upset about where Amp is. If my dog wasn’t with me, I would NOT be able to relax. I can’t believe Yorrick could just eat dinner no problem.

2021-10-19 15:06:58 +0000 UTCMy number one worry about this show is that it will turn into _The Walking Dead_: just a relentless, grim slog with Yorick forced to bumble his way past increasingly cruel and desperate people. I only just realized as I'm typing this that we didn't check in on the Amazons and their "guests" this week. I realize a _lot_ is happening in the other story threads, but I hope they don't end up getting sidelined.
