Hey, there, amazing patrons! It's right about time for our third teaser broadcast for TSV Season 3 - solve the puzzle and unlock the page.

In 48 hours we'll post all three broadcasts to the Patreon audio feed, so if you're not much of a code-cracker, please don't worry! But as usual., I've dropped the solution in the comments as well.
(There's also a very special bonus clue and bonus content hidden out of sight on the broadcast page, but we're going to keep that one a secret...)
