2025-03-11 04:25:53 +0000 UTCI only know this because there's some guy on YouTube who grew up in the "church" and he did a video confirming that this episode got pretty much all of that secret info right. Apparently Matt and Trey found someone ELSE who grew up in that mess and got out and that's how they learned about the secret beliefs. If you're actually in Scientology they keep this information behind multiple paywalls and it takes years of time and thousands of dollars before they tell you. It was actually a bug surprise that they didn't get sued over this because Scientology loves to sue people who speak against the "church" and Matt and Trey basically exposed the whole scam here. And yes, tons of rumors about Tom Cruise being gay and he likes to sue people over that too. He doesn't understand that doing that makes the rumor stick around longer.

If you were a part of the Scientology you had to spend thousands of dollars to get to a level to be allowed to hear what they put in this episode and is what made Scientology most pissed at them as it was actually a massive negative blow to the 'church'. Stan saying to go on sue me is them talking to Scientology as they were threatening to sue them over the episode.
