One of the top 10 episodes for sure! It's been nearly 30 years since it came out and I still use "Stick a fork in me, I'm done" whenever I had finished a big meal at a restaurant, or had an extra long workout, that type of thing, it's definitely a meme-phrase for the ages. As to "vegetable lasagna", the Swedish guy probably ordered that meal during the flight, so the show creators poked fun at Nordic/vegan food culture, while at the same time creating a funny interaction between Elaine and her b/f. BTW most of the episodes with "David Puddy" are also funny as hell, because of the mismatch between Puddy's lower class habits and Elaine's more of middle to upper class ambitions.
