This episode is unique in how trippy it is, and one of the better ones from the show. But at the same time it's making fun of those types of movies, like the Matrix, saying "it doesn't matter" what is real and "not important" that nothing makes sense. While also skewering the corporate bullcrap of reading and evaluating the fake script of fake and forced support and assistance instead of actually caring to fix things for people in sincere ways, like a normal human. Not exactly like this one, but really good in skewering their subject matter with clever twists, trippy, dealing with other realities, and/or customer service: 1. Insheeption 2. Insecurity 3. Spookyfish (don't sleep on early seasons ones) 4. Cash for Gold 5. Imagination Land. (the trilogy, but before you MUST watch "Woodland Critter Christmas", top-tier, and "ManBearPig," the latter establishes lore relevant throughout the show.
