I can use Vimeo for which I will have to pay over $500 for a year and that includes 1TB of storage. Paid upfront... I cannot afford that, so do you guys recommend any other service where i can upload videos and share the link here?

Create a new YouTube account and post it on there unlisted. None of these options, Youtube, Dropbox etc. stop non subscribers from viewing your videos though. Seems going 18+ wasn't the best idea.
