I finished therapy.
Added 2022-04-25 10:24:33 +0000 UTCToday my therapist told me that he’s proud of me. That I know how to manage stress and fight with it. That I am no longer a child, but a grown man who matters and whose opinion matters.
He said that, what I came to him with, is no longer valid, because I won. And I know how to deal with it.
I am super happy, I do feel better and I feel like I can handle it better than I could before I started therapy.
I think I will get back to him with other things tho, but for now, as he said, I should take a break, acknowledge this victory and just celebrate it for a little while :)
