It’s pearl-clutching at its finest. So many people utterly incapable of processing something that isn’t 100% wholesome and good. As if horror as a genre doesn’t exist and you’re introducing a totally alien concept to them. And of course the gormless confused who can’t understand the context without being handheld through “monster eats a guy”. You see the second part a lot on there with anything that has even a whiff of continuity. If anything I love this comic because it irons out just how ruthless and actually predatory Ellie is to anyone not her chosen few. You’ve hinted at it before but to see it in all its gory glory is great! Girl ain’t right, no sir no ma’am.
