Oh no, no. Vivian is still a mushy, deeply emotional, meatbag human. She's pretty well cleaned up in earlier comics but in this era of her life she's constantly roughed up, exhausted, and in the grips of an ever worsening alcohol problem. Dark eyes have always been a standard feature as well. So far there are no plans for any of the others in the main cast to ever be turned.

In "The Airbnb" I established that she can snap back to looking like a presentable human in the blink of an eye, and in "The Incident" there is evidence of every piece of herself being present somewhere inside and outside of the centipede. It 100% has to be a kangaroo situation and she's got all of her stuff with her regardless the "stage" of her appearance. How she scrambles back into her threads within seconds is unknown, but surely is a necessary skill for staying "discreet," lol.
