MOST COMMON QUESTIONS:

1- LINKS TO DOWNLOAD:

As you can expect, our models are downloaded through a link! The link goes to a platform called Gumroad, where we have our main store for our Patreon. You can access the models with the respective link, which had a discount applied and will let you download your models for FREE.

Inside each Gumnroad link, you can find the following zip files:

- Non-supported zip file: It has the STL for you to put your own supports!!!
Also, you will find a folder called “FULL PIECES” where you will find combined pieces of the model like Full base, Upper Body, Lower Body, and such! Ideal for the dudes with big printers, who want to minimize the post process in the models.

- One Piece: The files which are gonna make your minis way easier! They consist of the model divided into Sculpture, base, and accessories! Few pieces so you can just scale and print up quickly and easily!

- Images: The Model’s images in case you need them for your shop!

- X Poses: 3D files where we show the X pose of the model, so you know how to assemble it!

- Pre-supported Chitubox: Pre-supported version of the pieces editable in Chitubox software, in case you wanna make modifications to the supports!

- Pre-supported STL: Pre-supported files in STL format for you to use in different slicers! Load, and print the Magic!

2- RESIN AND FDM:

All our models can be printed in any material, just make sure to have the proper configuration in your machine for it. Usually, our patreons prefer a combination of both: Resin to catch all the details in the models, and FDM for the bases. That way they can save some materials and optimize the budget!

For our FDM users, we invite you to check our Wicked Facebook group, to see the magic that our community performs in filament! And our best advice, tune up the best quality in your machines because the Wicked models are full of textures and small details that will blow your mind, amigos! Also, don’t be afraid to experiment with clear resin, LEDs, and other power-ups! Usually, our models take that voodoo into consideration for the design, so we can take the most out of each character!

If you do not know how to use any of these, don’t be shy and ask in our FB group, we are 100% sure you will get any answer you need there!

3- GUMROAD TROUBLESHOOT:

Sometimes, the Gumroad links don’t show you the correct discount and don’t let you download your models. When that happens, here you can find the options you have to get your precious loot!

1. Sometimes it is just that you try to open the links too fast and these are just bugs and don’t show the discount on them. Please try to open the links and give them some seconds between one and the next, which most of the time will solve your issue! If this doesn’t work, please try the following options.

2. Press Shift + F5 and try to download again.

3. Try opening an incognito window in your browser, and paste the links there.

4. If the option above doesn’t work, can you please try with another email?

4- PRE-SUPPORTED FILES:

Since June 2021, all our models comes pre-supported for Resin printers!!! Our pre-supported files come in two formats: Chitubox and STL.

- The Chitubox file is editable in the Chitubox Slicer! Chitubox is our weapon of choice when comes to slicers, that’s why we offer our dudes a native chitubox file of our supports, in case you want to edit them!

- The STL files are pre-supported in chitubox, but exported as STLs so you can use them in other slicers! Still, we strongly recommend using chitubox to print our pre-supported files. It’s the slicer where you’re gonna have the most success ratio in Wicked!

IMPORTANT: The Pre-supported files are made with the configuration that works out for our printers. Please remember that every printer is completely different, and there are hundreds of different settings to make a successful print. That’s why the pre-supported files MUST be checked and complemented in any way you feel necessary! We encourage you to check them and add/remove any supports you feel necessary. Once you get the hang of it, it will work as a charm!

Aw naw! I had errors when trying to finalise the Butterball Sculpture and Bust, and the Pinhead bust on gumroad with the discount codes right before I went on holiday, I left it hoping they'd still work when I got back, but now the pages don't display the discounts anymore and the codes are gone from my cart! :( Lukcily I managed to get the main diorama, plus bust and sculpt of Chatterer and Female Cenobite though before it went weird on me!

I don't know anything about Lychee, but I use Chitubox and have NEVER had to repair any of their models. They load in and then I hollow them (just 2 clicks of a button) and usually do my own supports.

I've noticed that with a lot of pieces when put into Lychee, they need to be repaired. Is there any reason for this? Do I need to move to Chitubox instead? I was also curious, I've noticed there haven't been any pre-supported options that don't seem to be popping up. I prefer them because usually it means they're hollow, which saves on resin.

Just joined after seeing the Hellraiser diorama. I have a bizarre fascination with the somewhat grotesque and BDSM esthetic of the Hellraiser world. I specifically love the cubes in there various forms. Hoping that you might make some more of the cubes or the Leviathan version. But would also love to have any of the 2022 versions or even completely original versions that still fit the theme of the world they open. Just wanted to say hi. Also love the grimlins. Haven’t seen your versions yet but I’m sure it would remind me of the pure 80/90s nostalgia

Theres no way that the presupported zombie wolverine bust has been tested. The teeth are not supported in any way. They literally float in mid air and will lead to a print fail.

Really wish there was a better more convenient way to get downloads. Gumroad site goes into a mental breakdown once you add more than 5 or 6 items, then it also stops automatically adding the 100% discount codes so you have to manually add each one for anything after the first 5 or 6 items added. I only open 1 tab at a time and wait for it to fully load and then add it too. I did everything as perfect as one could possibly do it. Then after that it only will accept 1 or 2 more maybe if youre lucky. I've added the whole 40+ freebie list to the cart now with only 5 codes being automatically added. The site doesn't let me add the other codes. I get a "Something went wrong" Message every time I try to add the coeds that i shouldn't have to be adding myself. Tried different browsers Chrome, Firefox, Opera, on different computers, at different locations home and work, same problems. Its 100% the gumroad site. It cant handle more than 5 items at a time in a cart. Its a pretty big hassle to go through to still not even get the files. Has anyone added 30 or more items to the cart in gumroad site and had it actually work with the site adding all the codes automatically like its supposed to?

I have a backlog of files to download because of gumroad limiting the number of simultaneous connections ... I sent the following email to them tonight as I am frustrated and will cease using them Sent: Tuesday, August 6, 2024 9:26 PM To: 'support@gumroad.com' Subject: Downloads limited to 1 connection Since earlier this year I have been having nothing but issues downloading files from gumroad. Most of the products I purchase from providers on your site involve downloading 5-10 zip files. Prior to this issue I could start downloading up to 6 files simultaneously and then spend the 10 minutes or so those downloads took doing something else. Since this spring however is seems as if your site is only supporting a single connection at a time. I can not start downloading a second file until the first finishes. I can not even browse elsewhere on your website effectively as doing so will likely result in the download being interrupted and needing to be resumed. I feel as if a configuration change was likely made on your site to prevent users from hogging too much bandwidth but please note the total size of the files being downloaded has not changed, therefore the total amount of bandwidth used has not changed, even the amount of time required to download those files has not changed. The only thing you have changed for your end users is now downloading those files is inconvenient as each one must be babysat so the next file can be queued up when the current file is finished. I have begun asking vendors whom I do business with to please provide alternative download methods or lose my business. Note, initially I thought this was an issue on my end. However it only affect downloads from gumroad and does so from various browsers on various platforms from various ip addresses.

Hey my dude!! Whats uuuuuuuuuuuup! The holes are using Lychee? What happens is that Lychee doesn’t agree with our supports, my dear amigo! So, you have two choices: 1. Use Chitubox, the original software we use to create the presupported models, my dear amigo! With chitubox, we’re sure you will not have any issues 2. If you wanna stick with Lychee, please repair the presupported file models in 3D builder or fixed it by opening in meshmixer and re exporting as a new file Now the best way to assure your prints to be successful is to create the supports in your slicer of choice but try first the two options above and please let us know how it goes!

On the page that says I want this press F5 to refresh the page. Then click I want this and it should work. I had to go back and try it 3-4 times to get it to work.

When trying to add the files to my gumroad i get hit by "Something went wrong" This is for most files from March (forgot to download them last month) and for April. If i try to add the codes by hand i still get hit by "Something went wrong" and it does not apply the code.

You can use the pre-supported STLs in Lychee. But just print them as is. Do not try to repair anything. They should print fine if you settings are calibrated.

I am trying to print out the IronMan pose and I find that the Chitubox images will not import into Lychee. Is there any process on how to get them printed? I do not like ChituBox, it initially looked like a child designed it and the fact I can't import blocks of resin settings as a starter seems immature.

The issue seems to be Gumroad. I was able to collect the welcome pack and the promo and february term. Unfortunately I haven't been able to collect the VIDEO GAME / MOVIE TERM and the PROMO TERMS FROM OUR OTHER PATREONS. having problem printing the wolverine and sabretooth diorama 1 part 1 of the 565 size base is not to scale, I printed at 70%. I have tried printing at 70 and 100% and they are only about 3 or 4 cm in size I'm at a loose everything else printed fine

i do if there are switch outs (heads, weapons etc). I have tried on smaller models 1/8 to 1/6 scale so i dont have to glue anything but unless Id have to mail it i wouldnt do it very often.

First of all, absolutely fantastic work on all of the sculptures, busts etc. I recently subbed to all 3 Patreons, and have a few questions/requests (not sure if this is the right place to post them). 1. Is it possible to get hollowed out versions of the models each month as well? I'm too stupid / lazy to figure out how to do this myself! 2. Is it possible to have models with holes for inserting magnets to join the pieces together? Again, I'm too stupid / lazy to figure this out! Now for some requests, I grew up in the 80's, so my requests are strongly influenced by that! In your comics/movies/tv section - could you add to the list of requests: GI Joe (Cobra Commander, Destro, Baroness, Snake Eyes, Stormshadow. He Man (He-Man, Skeletor, Stratos, Trapjaw, Evil Lyn, Beast Man and Merman. Late 80's WWF (Macho Man Randy Savage with Miss Elizabeth, Macho King Randy Savage with Sensational Queen Sherri, The Ultimate Warrior, The Undertaker original version, Hart Foundation Tag Team, The Legion of Doom with shoulderpads & Demolition with and without their Gimp Masks). Thundercats (there was a recent anime, with some incredible character artwork). I think that's all for the time being! :) Thanks again for the incredible work you do!

hey wicked, i downloaded and printed out the mephisto statue ( which is fucking phenomenal by the way) from the welcome pack and i noticed after printing that im missing some pieces of the model, namely the small accent pieces that go on the base. i printed the updated one piece at 35% scale (using a mars 3). i double checked my slice files and my download folder and cant seem to find the pieces there either. any help?

i understand that sometimes the error happens randomly when downloading from the gumroad. But what happens if a new member happens to try to download everything from the welcome package to the current month releases. Hey dude, never slice directly onto the USB! Also if you use the USB disk supplied with printer, throw it away and buy Sandisk Cruze, cheap and reliable. Hope it helps!

Hey Luis, what's up! Well, you're mistaken. Every patreon have a different set of models that receives monthly. For instance, in Wicked you receive 8 models related to the marvel universe, and in B3DSERK, you get 4 DC Comic characters every month. These are exclusive for each patreon, and the only way to get them is to be subscribed to that particular patreon. Then, we have the Videogames and Movies Diorama, that we make AS A GIFT for all our subscribers, across all our patreons. Monthly. Without charging more. And here we are, you complaining for something that its free, that we make on top of everything we do out of love to our community. We are not letting down anybody, and thats the reason you're the only complaining. And if you think that buying the STLs files from etsy is right, from a pirate sites that just fuck up the work of artist like us, Wicked or any of our patreons is NOT the place for you. Hope this put your assumptions to rest and let us know if we can be of any assistance.

hello my friends, i don't know but I think I'm the only one complaining, why are you guys putting the same models on Wicked and B3DSERK why not put different models, as members are paying for the same thing is't not right, different Patreons DC and Marvel are not the same so why are we paying for something we already pay for it on one Patreon, like the Power Ranger, or Mario, you guys are letting me down and your customers in buying it twice, it's just a lot better just staying with one Patreon and getting the rest of the STL files on Etsy its a lot cheaper and buying what you like and not buying something the same twice hope you guys can fix the problem or you will lose customers

Hey guys, trying to print the megatron and optimus diorama from the welcome pack. Printing it pretty big, with the base it will be about 24" tall or more. about to start printing the base, but i noticed that the stl without sla style supports is all one massive piece, that even my chiron cant handle. I really dont want to print all of those base pieces in resin. is there any way to get a seperated file for the bases that dont have supports for sla? I also may be missing something, im pretty new to this...thanks in advance
