While my interest in TF is largely about having others make changes to me, there are definitely a few changes I'd want to make to myself if given the option, including weight loss, a sex change, and some reduction in height. Depending on the nature of the TF-ability, to gain some cybernetic enhancements and/or become my 'sona would also hold some interest. I'd probably also toy about with some extra limbs and general NBM stuff so long as it's not strictly permanent. Depending on what my significant other is interested in, there could be some interest in changing them - either to enable the same sorts of power exchange that my own be-TF'd interests seem to connect to, or to get up to some weird mix-n-match shenanigans; borrowing pieces of each other, rearranging them, and potentially combining ourselves into one hybrid being.

If it's just a single permanent transformation: a third central leg (big toe in the middle) and two extra pairs of arms. The extra bits and bobs due to the change in anatomy would also be welcome. If it's a temporary repeatable type of transformation, then total body disassembly and rearranging. This would also apply to my GF, as we can enjoy sharing this ability in strange and wonderful ways, from reduction to multi to plain piles of squirming body parts.
