Strayfer's large scarf arms follow your actual arms and they can be locked in a pose, the model works in full body, includes multiple expressions, toggles and it has the following variations:

Meet Protogen CYMK.
CYMK is a Protogen stuck in the 90s graphics and has whopping 8 slices of 3D space making them a 8-directional sprite. Just like in Wolfenstein-3D or Doom (1993).
Perfect Desktop avatar which works just as well in VR.
There's lots of knobs and sliders to adjust colors and facial expressions to your liking!

This is an avatar originally submitted to the 2021 VRChat Spookality event which you can get now for free!
The avatar is Quest compatible but the quest version does not have rain as this would make the avatar have poor performance ranking on Quest.
The avatar uses humanoid rig so all the regular animations and hand gestures are working. The avatar also has working eye tracking and "AA" viseme blend shape for animating speech.

50% sale for legacy avatars. VRChat SDK2 hasn't been supported for a long time now and I don't plans updating this avatar to new systems any time soon. Blender model and texture will still work, but uploading to VRChat requires setting up everything manually.
