What looks like an ordinary woman with a few extra bumps under her clothing and a pair of limp legs sticking out her shoulders like a pair of wings. The bottom one looks more devious, I can imagine when it's her turn to be up top, she probably tickles her sister's feet to tease laughter from between her legs.
