In general, slips and trips occur due to loss of traction between the shoe and the walking surface or an inadvertent contact with a fixed or moveable object.
Many victims may end up with bruises or fractures. In the case of the girl image, more than anything else is the hassle of having to paste all her pieces.

If she cracks that sharply when she falls unexpectedly, she must have some serious dry skin problems.
