Well what can I say, Cynthia has a fetish for Dawn so I guess she wanted twice of her hehe. It's obvious that she used some sort of trick to be able to duplicate her and merge with her. Now they can enjoy life everyday in their new shape. Oh and Cynthia was already a Pokemon champion on her own, so I guess now three trainers in one is really powerful.
