I kinda get the feeling that the NBM girl swapped legs with the stretchy girl because of their clothing (as in, both girls are NBM with one able to stretch). With the stretchy girl only able to stretch from her new waist up. Sure, I get that NBM is wearing a dress, hence her legs are only in underwear, but it's a pretty hot concept of a stretchy girl having normal legs and a NBM girl having stretchy legs.
