This is not my usual type of audio, but the goal is the same: to carve out time in your day to focus on yourself and feeling good.
This audio is meant to be listened to in a quiet place where you can dedicate 10 minutes to creating a safe, comfortable and relaxed space for yourself. Ideally, you would want to listen to something like this daily, when you are already feeling calm, in order to strengthen your ability to find calm and safe spaces when you need them, but they are also a good tool to use when stressed to try to regain comfort and control.
These types of audios have really helped my mental health over the years, so I will be releasing them for free when I can as a thank you to my community for supporting my work, and to give back in a way I think is honestly meaningful. I hope you all enjoy <3
