Straight Outta Compost - UPDATE

This was an update I felt deserving of its own post. I did my best to fix everything and included some additional improvements! Here are the deets:
Fixed Issues
- You can no longer compost fridges
- Already planted harvestables no longer show up in the picker
Improvements
- Added filterable categories in the picker
- Sorted to group similar items together in picker
- Limited picker to 5 items to prevent items being sent to household inventory
There are a few things I am not able to change due to how the mini-mod is built. Here is the explanation for those:
Request: Combine similar items in the picker into one row item.
Unfortunately, I can't group similar items into one row. The only way for me to do this is to split the 'Add Compostable' into multiple interactions. I did sort the items so similar items show up next to each other. I also hope the categories/filters helps with this.
Request: Allow more items to be drag & dropped in.
It is kinda tricky testing for things that can/cannot be live dragged into the bin. Other tuning, such as the picker, give me more freedom for testing. The live drag and drop testing is very limited. Because of this I had to be very conservative so things like furniture & decor couldn't be live dragged in. If you can't live drag & drop, you should be able to use the picker! And if that fails, it *likely* shouldn't be composted.
