Tier 5 and Council Rewards SEPTEMBER Sent!

I will be sending rewards to Tier 2 ($5) and up tomorrow and will work tonight as Patreon has NOT resolved my problem. Despite my updates and e-mails I had to do this all myself and appreciate your patience and love!
