There's an Egotist trait. Students with it are able to talk about themselves and it affects how they respond to insults.
At least 2410 lines of dialogue were added or edited. Most of this number is due to the previously mentioned new dialogue. Midnight Kitsune and Hakase assisted with the writing.
All the customization options that had 32 colour choices/possibilities (hair also included rainbow) now have 6 more colour choices/possibilities added.

There's a grocery store. Some items like bananas were moved from the konbini to the grocery store.
Students now have an idle animation for reading a book. Currently there's only 2 book textures.
Now you can't buy items if you have 30 or more of it already.
NPCs now have AI for purchasing most items. Before they only bought a few items.
NPCs are now able to use most consumable items and they have decent intelligence on when to use them. Consumable items also now affect their stats in the same way it does the player. NPCs are also affected by the Vegetarian trait now.
NPCs are now affected by Hunger.
Now characters have an eating animation and a drinking animation. This means you can actually see that NPCs are using items. It does the eating and drinking sounds for NPCs as well. Characters only do the animations if they were standing or walking and not for other states.
Some customization options now have camouflage patterns as options.
NPCs now consider going across grass as taking longer than a paved-path. This means characters tend to prioritize paved-paths a bit more than grass. They will still cut across the grass if it's a significantly shorter. NPCs also try to use the sidewalk a bit more than the road when arriving at school.
There's new narration tags (fill-in-the-blanks) for what kind of romantic/sexual acts that your character or a guest likes. This can make it easier to figure out a guest's sexuality/sexual-interests.
There's black at the top and bottom of the screen if the aspect ratio is taller than 16:9.
There's some collapsible tables found at the school. Hakase modeled them.
Now tissue boxes have 4 different textures for different parts of the school year.
There's an option to have all randomly generated students have cat ears.
The school now has exit signs.
Goats now have their own shelter instead of going in the shed at night.

There's different puzzle game narration for characters who have low Intelligence and different narration for high Intelligence.
The answer choices during quizzes now look like thought bubbles.
Hunger increases at a slightly slower rate but characters with high Fitness have to eat a bit more often.
Having a healthy Diet results in Fitness decreasing at a slower rate over time.
Masochists can now enjoy mean greetings in some situations.
The player character's inventory can now be opened with Left Alt.
Some possibilities for pants are now more common to slightly improve the randomly-generated fashion-sense.

Before NPCs would always reject an invitation when at the school. Now they can agree while at the school if they aren't interacting with others there.
The camera can be zoomed in and out with the - and = keys. This was added for people without a numpad.
Livestreaming donation amounts and chances were adjusted.
Characters can't livestream in their underwear since it would be against the ToS.
Now students won't eventually become indifferent about passed-away friends/lovers/crushes.
Around 24 lines of narration were added/edited.
NPCs are now a bit less smart when it comes to guarding and shoving.
