Amazing! It is such a great thing that you are doing this for free. It is better than most games, and I have already had 100+ hours in the Eagle Rising mod, so I am super excited to see what you guys are going to do :)

It will take some time till we can get to it, as we have to make stuff like the germanics first, but we will get to it eventually. I hope till then i can satisfy you with some germanic stuff hehe

I have a small idea I would like to put in your head. Personally something I've been missing is high tier equipment for, especially an emperor (or king) as in like civilian clothing. I like roleplaying going around in a senators toga in my settlements but I so much miss having emperor's clothing and equipment. For example a detailed decorated emperor's toga and shoes. Maybe an Emperor's armor (example the white armor in the movie Gladiator). Things to put us the leaders truly apart from the rest of the plebians :) I saw an article with a picture that shows kinda what I mean: https://www.historyhit.com/togas-and-tunics-what-did-ancient-romans-wear/ Once again, amazing work! I just wanted to put this idea in your head, I completely understand that you are way too busy for requests like this! :D
