I kind of forgot what an ordeal moving to a new place can be for a dog! That's been keeping me busier than I had hoped to be in this first week.
It makes sense though it's all so new to the dog and I can't really explain to him why we moved and if we're going back(we're not).
I just hope he gets used to it soon, cause it's really tiring keeping him in view 24/7 and making sure he doesn't pee in the house or smth.
Apparently they kind of forget they're not supposed to do that inside, after moving.. It's actually really common ;o

I kind of knew about it but thought it'd be different for us... maybe. It's not haha. He's definitely calmer and more settled now than our first few days here at least!

2025-04-07 13:07:27 +0000 UTCSounds like a lot of stress. You should I definitely take a breather. I’ve never had pets so the thought has never crossed my mind how they react to a move, but it makes sense that you basically need to retrain them.
