NPC character WIP concept
Added 2020-12-18 23:28:26 +0000 UTCA random character that I wanted to draw! Ive been no lie watching naruto again and forgot how much of a fun character Naruto is, so was inspired to draw someone with as much spunk as him!
Ill figure out deets about the fella, but just a fun random design that's applicable to my world is all this is!!
