Let's make a harem in Naruto- CH-37. Love of Sisters

"It turns out your strength has improved a lot. Before, you could only find two or three bags in half a day, but he can find more than ten in less than half a day."

"Sister, he's resentful."

"Yes, it's because our village is so poor, and we old folks are so incompetent."

At this, Chiyo squinted at the dozen bags of gold on the table and said softly, "But with these, we can at least buy enough war supplies for another 5,000 ninjas for a month. During the First and Second Ninja World Wars, we didn't even have this much prepared in advance."

______

Rasa strolled through Sunagakure. He wasn't as resentful as Chiyo and Ebizo thought. Though he did have some complaints, they weren't significant. It was a blessing to have been brought to the ninja world and granted a system.

What more could he ask for?

So what if Sunagakure was poor? He had plenty of ways to make the village wealthy.

But those methods would take time. For now, panning for gold was the fastest way to generate funds. As for the excuse he'd given in the office, it wasn't a lie—he really did have urgent matters to attend to.

Ten minutes later, Rasa arrived at a warmly decorated house. Before he could knock, the door opened.

A beautiful young girl stood behind it. Her fair face lit up with surprise when she saw Rasa.

"Master Rasa! I had a feeling you'd come, and when I opened the door, there you were!"

Rasa smiled, holding a bag of fruit in both hands, and stepped inside. This was the urgent matter he'd mentioned.

Yesterday, he'd promised to visit Karura's house that afternoon. Still carrying habits from his previous life, Rasa arrived an hour early. Yasha, busy staring at Rasa's face, noticed the bags in his hands.

She gasped and hurriedly took them from him, "You didn't have to bring anything! It makes you seem like a stranger!"

Rasa smiled, said nothing, removed his shoes, and walked in.

Though some of Rasa's inner principles had shifted dramatically—and some lines had blurred entirely—he couldn't shake the polite habits ingrained over two decades. He wouldn't be so formal unless his relationship with Karura was truly secure.

After setting the fruit aside, Yasha called out to another room, "Sister, Rasa's here!"

A gentle, hurried voice replied, "I… I know! Rasa, please wait a moment. I'll be out soon."

[A/N- Let me remind you all here Yashamaru is female know as Yasha.]

Rasa replied casually, "Fine." He assumed Karura was changing clothes in the other room. He sat on the sofa, leaning back comfortably.

The ninja world's technology was a strange mix of eras. Rasa placed his hands casually at his sides and asked, "What's your sister doing?"

Yasha blinked her lively eyes and whispered, "Preparing ingredients for dinner in the kitchen."

Rasa had thought Karura was changing, but she was actually cooking. He lowered his voice and asked, "It's barely past noon. Why is she preparing so early?"

Yasha clapped her hands, looking exasperated, "She's been at it since this morning. It seems she's planning to make over a dozen dishes."

"That's too much. I'm not a Taijutsu specialist—I can't eat that much." Though Rasa's appetite had grown since coming to this world, it wasn't nearly as voracious as some ninjas'.

Yasha sighed, "I told her, but she wouldn't listen. There's nothing I can do."

"Yasha, what nonsense are you talking about?" Karura's gentle voice came from the other room.

A moment later, the door opened, and a stunningly beautiful woman stepped out.

Rasa's eyes lit up.

Outside, Karura wore the standard jonin uniform, but at home, she dressed in simple linen clothes. Her figure and beauty were striking, yet she looked like an ordinary civilian woman.

Karura glanced at Yasha, her expression calm but still warm. Her delicate skin and gentle eyes made her appear effortlessly kind.
Yasha, realizing her sister had overheard, immediately jumped up and took Karura's hand, shaking it playfully.

"I'm not talking nonsense! It's the truth~"

Rasa felt goosebumps at Yasha's unusually sweet tone. Yasha was usually a lively, normal girl, a bit more energetic than other female ninjas her age. But he'd never seen her act so coquettishly.

Karura, however, kept her eyes on Rasa. When she noticed his surprised expression, a blush spread across her fair face.

She gently pulled her hand free from Yasha's grasp and chided softly, "You're not a child anymore. Stop making such noises. I've already prepped the vegetables and meat. You can handle the rest."

Yasha obediently lowered her head and headed to the kitchen. Once the door closed, her demeanor shifted.

The youthful liveliness vanished, replaced by a mature calmness. She had never shown this side of herself to anyone, not even her sister. Everyone had secrets, and Yasha was no exception.

She sighed, pushing down the negative emotions rising in her heart.

"Sister, I've given you some privacy." She murmured. Didn't you say yesterday you'd take the initiative and fight for your happiness? Don't waste this chance."

Though Yasha was younger than Karura, her understanding of love was more mature. She had been confused about her feelings for Rasa, but after hearing Karura's determination yesterday, she realized her own emotions.

One was her sister, who had cared for her since childhood; the other was the man she secretly admired.

Yasha found it hard to let go. But last night, as they chatted, the topic turned to Rasa. Seeing the look on her sister's face—a mix of longing and determination—Yasha understood.

Her feelings for Rasa paled in comparison to Karura's. And as the younger sister, she owed Karura so much. It was only fair to step aside. Her heart raced as she clenched her fists, her knuckles turning white.

"Haah!" After a long silence, Yasha exhaled. She smiled faintly, a bittersweet expression—sad for herself, but happy for her sister.

She tied on a black apron and began preparing the ingredients Karura had neatly arranged.
