This update requires some explaining. Most of the content is in the porn star ending, but the choice that allowed you to go for that ending hasn't been working properly until this update.
If you want to reach that ending start a new game and choose "We could use the money..." when Rick asks you whether he can keep the video he filmed. Then proceed to the prostitution route as normal, and a choice that allows you to enter the porn star ending shows up eventually. To speed this process up you can hold Ctrl to quickly skip through dialogue you have already seen.
