Update #129 Hot in December

Excuse me? Is this the Netorare Hotline? Great, see I have a bit of an issue. Yeah, no my girlfriend is indeed cheating, she's very good at that in fact. No, see the issue is that instead of feeling arousal I instead feel something... weird. Mhm, yes it's kind of a tightening of the chest, tears start welling out of my eyes, why sometimes I even feel nauseous.

Mhm. No, I'm certain I'm into this, my girlfriend told me so. Oh? Oh, I see. Where would I find such a futa? Oh really? Right now? Grand!

Could you make it one with pointy ears?

You may notice some jagged shadows in the renders here. You may also recall that I mentioned updating HS2 mods recently and having some trouble with new settings. Yeaaah, took me a bit to notice that the shadows were off, and then it took me a bit to find the correct settings to fix it.

Anyway, from now on the shadows will look even better than before. Neat!

Depth of field also works differently now that the upscaling is different, so getting used to how much of that I want to use in a given render. In general I could probably use less, especially in certain scenes where there's more to look at in the background. But that's how it goes when you learn a fancy new trick, you just want to use it all the time.

Muscles + lingerie = a life worth living

Gotten a fair bit into this final scene, but it's turning out to perhaps be a fair bit bigger of a scene than I had anticipated. Don't think it's likely that I finish it next week. Maybe before Christmas? Questionable. Before the end of December should happen for sure. It all depends on whether I get into final sprint mode or not.

And that's a bit tricky right now given how many damned birthdays I need to attend in December, on top of Christmas itself. Stupid birthdays, why can't people choose better days to get born on?

An awful December in general. Too warm for snow, yet constant rain and we've had less than an hour of sun total since December began. Ugh, just terrible. Maid! More glögg, stat! As ordained by the doctor!

Err... I think she's forgotten something

Since I barely wrote anything in my script regarding how this scene is supposed to go it's been mostly ad-libbing. Normally I do well enough at that, it's actually how most of the spicy scenes are made, but it's a bit of a struggle to figure out the angle where the scene has some level of narrative impact, or at least doesn't just feel like spice scene #127.

I think I've figured out a good direction for the scene to make it feel like it's at least somewhat progressing towards something storywise. We'll see how that works out. The good thing is that I'm confident the actual spice of the scene is going to be pretty damned flavorful.

As a side note: having begun making this scene, I have realize that I really ought to make use of nighties more often. Not too often, mind you, since that'd take away the novelty, but for sure more than I have been doing, which is almost nothing.

I assume you feel much the same after witnessing Saranhil in these few renders. Next week you'll probably see Ruru in hers as well. And probably some spicier stuff.

A possibly excessive amount of bloom contrasting against a possibly excessively dark floor

Finished the second Earthsea book this week, The Tombs of Atuan. Very much enjoying UKLG's writing style, also think it's nice to read some shorter fantasy novels for once. Could get used to that honestly. Off to read the third one! Also hoping to finish Dodger during the week, been having fun reading that as well. Which comes as no surprise, Sir Terry P is just a joy to read in general.

Quite nice to scratch off some entries from my to-read-list, that feeling of making progress towards a goal is great. Even if there isn't much more of a goal to that list than reading stuff that sounds interesting to me. Then again, I can't think of many goals I'd rather work towards. Except writing and creating things for others to enjoy, of course!
