January is a Month, and 2021 is a Year

Take a moment to get all of the "goodbye 2020, don't let the door hit you on the way out".

Although I did better last year about monthly updates there were a few months where I did the minimum and I would like to fix that this year. I suppose my new years resolution is to get more projects completed, get more done every month and otherwise just be better and do better.

I may need to fix the way I schedule polls; a lot of times people request things on the month where it would be appropriate to post them - leading to me working on them way after the holiday has finished. Not sure how to address that exactly but Ill think on it. Maybe one week for submissions and one week for votes at the start of the month? Is that too narrow a window to get all your ideas and votes in?

Also. I'm kind of committing to art this year which means, among other things, that commissions are going to be a necessity. A little stressed out about that but we will see how it goes: I'm starting with people who have been waiting for a long time and then will open up some slots for others. Trying to set a pace where it doesn't keep me from working on patreon stuff because that would kind of ruin the entire purpose.
