(Scrivo in inglese per tutti) Loki’s magic is irremediably inside Don’s body, it never left him even if Loki hoped the distance would have healed him. It’s inside him due to 1) Loki’s manipulation on Jotunheim 2) the two bodies making love, on Jotunheim and now on Earth, again. They’re one - Loki and Don - but Don is human and this is gonna be very dangerous
