February is a month: And I just have to accept that.

So obviously it's customary after failing to finish the projects I wanted to get done last month to talk about how I am rolling over the NEU comics to this month. January saw me getting more on track with Patreon though, so that's something I am mostly ok with. As long as I am getting the patreon work finished and keeping up on commissions, I still feel like I am making progress.

Although Valentine's is traditionally the birthday for Poisonwind and launch day for Shadowlark; I have more important things to get squared away this month to continue getting everything on track. So let's talk about those!

Clean up Patreon: I let this one slide in favor of working on illustrations and other projects, but I need to go back through and clean up the tags and posts for the patreon to make things easier to navigate.  This also means rewriting the cover page, working on the descriptions for the tiers and so on: nothing will be changed in terms of what is available to each tier, just cleaning up my writing.

Work harder on comics: Same as always.

Barria growth steps: Got a lot of them done, got a few more to go.

Sit quietly and contemplate the release schedule for illustrations onto other platforms outside of patreon: I don't like paywalling my stuff. I don't feel like it's justified in my case and I like to share things. But I also have been thinking about how this reflects on the patrons who are supporting the work. I still don't have a solution yet: I still feel a week or month at the VERY MOST delay from when I post things here to posting them anywhere else is about as far as I will go. Mostly I try to think of patreon as deciding what I work on rather than being the only people allowed to see it. Like a crowd funded commission set I guess.
