February news and PATREON art upload operation

I've been behind since September due to backlogged commissions and a real life part-time job, but I'll be uploading art after February and March.

The art upload plan is scheduled to change a little from February.
1. I'm planning to upload Art High Definition only on Discord in the future.
2. For additional alt art (carture, scribble, hardcore) I will only upload to discord.
I never forget the benevolents' grace and manage it steadily, but I have limitations as a person. I'm sorry.
