🐰 Otachan! Rabbit Season — Final Production Update

Hey gang!

We’re so damn close to finishing this next episode...

Production was rolling nice and smooth, then we had to pause briefly to wrap up one final collab project (that I’m legally not allowed to name, but let’s just say it rhymes with Bonkai Cartrail 👀).

Once we’re clear from that, I can finally put the last touches on this episode and get it ready for release!

Usually, our ad breaks are tied to a product or promo and this time, we actually do have something to show: a brand-new Angel Otachan T-shirt, with some unused animation to go with it.

But something in me wants to take a different route this time. Rather than a straightforward ad, I want to create something more personal...

a kind of music video moment that captures what this year has been for us.

It’s less “commercial break” and more a pause in the broadcast, a tonal shift that thanks everyone who’s been part of this journey and reflects the feeling that, after all the chaos, we’re finally stepping into who we’ve always known we could be.

The mission statement is simple - make an aura-farming aaa MV nobody else can.

Will it bite me in the ass? Maybe! But if the idea feels right, I’m going to follow it.

Thumbnail-wise, we’ve done something new this time (sitting on a discord call with Zako for like 5 hours) generating multiple compositions, exploring different poses, colors, and blocking styles to really hone in on what pops best visually.

🎨 What I’m Focusing on Now

Honestly, I’m just ready to go live again.
We had to slow down a bit to finish external projects, but the finish line is right there. The main thing on my mind is keeping momentum strong and finding time to dive back into illustration work! something I’ve really missed.

I still want to keep the fanservice/fun side alive somehow! Whether through pinups, posters, or regular art drops. I like the rhythm of producing two pieces a month; it keeps both me and the team sharp.

Other priorities right now:

• Halloween Pinup: That warm-up sketch gave me the itch to do a full-sized piece.

• Halloween Stickers: Tell me that design doesn’t scream sticker material T__T

• Otaku No Magazine: You spoke, we listened - I want to make this my dedicated Patreon exclusive project, building it piece by piece with care.

• Discord Server: The last movie stream was super fun - next up, we’ve got a cozy arts & crafts stream coming this week!
