What year is it…
Hey gang, how’s it going? Eheheh…
Okay so basically - what I didn’t want to happen, kinda happened.
After a nice bit of forward momentum coming off a really successful season premiere and our Anime Expo appearance, everything came to a screeching halt while we waited on the vocal stems.
The good news? We’ve now got stems for Episodes 3, 4, and 5! So we’ve got plenty on our plate again.
The even better news is that the music and final mix for Episode 2 (which is part of our next double feature: Episodes 3 & 4) was completed this week! So we’re finally set to drop the episode this month.
I’m refusing to give a release date until the full render is on my desk (superstitious, you know how it is), but as of right now, we’re sitting around 70% done.
The bad news… we lost Otachan tiddy in the process.
The law of equivalent exchange sucks ASS.

For the title, we’re leaning toward:
The Good, The Bad, and The Bunny | Otachan! Rabbit Season (Official Anime)
What do you think? (Still hate titles, but we’re getting there, I swear…)
I was originally saving this for its own post, but since you’re all here — here’s the truth.
I was really nervous about this one. It’s not as action-packed as 5–6–7–8; it’s a slower, more character-driven episode where the gang just… kinda talks and sets things up. I wrote it a long time ago, and I can see how much I’ve grown since then, so I worried it wouldn’t hold up after such a long delay.
When I saw the first cut, I’ll be honest - I thought, “uh oh.”
But thanks to my amazing team, especially Askon (our foley wizard), we reworked the sound and music direction, and somehow… this turned into my favorite episode yet.
It’s sitting at about 11 minutes (not counting ads or credits) just pure animation. I’m genuinely proud of what we pulled off.
Truth be told, a 3–4 month delay was not part of the plan.
And having to remove all the H-Tier posts really sucked. A lot of those posts had amazing comments and memories attached to them, and losing that archive hurt.
But your support during all this? It meant everything. You guys didn’t just keep things afloat, you made me realize how much this community means. This isn’t some corporate project; it’s something we’re building together.
I really don’t want to lose that connection. Making stuff for you guys is genuinely what I love doing most! So the first thing I’m doing is setting up a permanent Discord server where we can talk, brainstorm ideas, and just hang out more regularly. (Post with details being drafted as we speak!)
I’m also looking into streaming more often in the server, giving you a closer look behind the curtain at our little virtual studio, production process, and maybe even (as ive said many times before) a chance to develop something together live.
The H-Tier is officially being retired.
We’ll brainstorm together on what to replace it with — something that still keeps the spirit alive.
Permanent Discord server launching soon.
And honestly… it feels like we’re finally finding our rhythm as a studio. Every delay, every lesson, has sucked but it's gotten us more confident in what we’re building here.
More updates soon — including the full server details and what might replace the “spicy” content tier.
Let’s keep pushing forward!!
