eri actually has more limits than it seems. all quirks have rules, with hers she has to store or have stockpiled the amount of power equal to how far shes rewinding, so going back even a year would take too long to accumulate the power to use to be useful. after rewinding mirio she likely doesnt have a lot of power left stockpiled to be of much help to anyone else right now. it had only been a few months since mirio lost his quirk so she had the time to stockpile the amount of power she needed to rewind mirios body to when he had her quirk. just thought id explain.

That's why Overhaul would essentially kill her/experiment in order to spam her ability. Now that she has to naturally gain the energy, it takes a LOT of time. It took 6 months just to gain the power to heal Mirio.
