removed all job site block (decoration)
removed the land (grass + dirt) from schematics
replaced gravel with andesite
moved ladder away from zombie
blocked line of sight from zombie (target villager instead of player)
moved zombie 1 block higher to attack villager

That is for moving some of the job site blocks to get the trade options you want. Flip the lever once so the villager will update the trade options immediately. This saves the effort of placing and breaking the job site blocks. Some can't be moved such as lectern though.
