Also should I put the effort in to have a template on instructing on how to create NPCs that use this system ready by then?

I think end of the month because it gives you more time to work on it and also yes to the template because it would be helpful

2022-05-24 23:26:02 +0000 UTCI'm perfectly fine with you delaying till the end of the month. As for the template, while I probably won't use it, I'm sure there are people who will. It doesn't need to be added this update but if there is time to add it it wouldn't hurt to do so.
