Progress Report/Heads up!

Howdy! Here’s what’s up:

In a couple of days there will be a smaller update that adds in random harassment events to the prison (similar to the ones in the Residential Area) and a post that summarizes my plans for Olga. Then, in a few weeks, we’ll finally upload the proper pole update. 

Unfortunately, Moana is still struggling with the pole events, she is extremely apologetic and she asked me to please convey to you that she’s sorry it's taking her so long. 

Given that she still didn’t finish the pole, and there hasn’t been an update in quite some time, I’ve made an executive decision to release another small update that’s focused on random H-events in prison. I asked Moana to wrap it up and compile it and it will be uploaded in a couple of days. Everything that’s in it was meant to be a part of that large “pole focused” update, and I think the update would’ve been much better experienced with all planned content, but it's just taking too much time. The pole event itself will be released soon after, in a few weeks. 

I too am sorry that the development of this version has dragged on for so long, but I believe we need to release this small update to show you that we’re working and that progress has been made (This update also has all the new layered art in the game files, it’s just not coded in properly yet).

As for me, I worked on updating Kira’s face, some male npcs, wrote more H-events and text (including more harassment for the prison) and started learning a program called “Spine” which is a tool that will come in handy later down the line. 

So, here’s what I wanted and still want to do with prison:

I want to merge the holding facility with the regular prison, so that when Kira gets arrested for punching guards, making puns or walking around with her titties out and about - she could still visit the prison. The ability to visit the regular prison would get ‘unlocked’ after Kira completes the ‘Prison Break’ quest and there would be no protection for her while she’s in there. 

There was a great suggestion from Nymphonomycon that I’d like to implement - the physical line that separates the two, the line that if crossed lets NPC’s go after Kira since she no longer has protection from the “Mom”. NPCs would occasionally ‘spawn-camp’ Kira near said line. 

In the ‘holding facility’ part of this new merged prison, Kira would be protected by the “Mom”, but she will be expected to keister in products (like cigarettes, drugs or a TV) in order to keep said protection. Eventually, Kira will have to always Keister things in, or the inmates will become aggressive and start approaching her. 

As for the prison content itself, I wanted to make both the pole and the shower repeatable H-events. They’d serve as ‘event-hubs’ where Kira could get some action on demand (whenever you feel like it), and random harassment events with NPCs when she just walks around (similar to what we added in the Residential Area). The random harassment events would be more common and more lewd after the “Prison Break” quest, since Red and the boys are no longer there to keep other inmates away.

The upcoming update was meant to add some planned random harassment events, as well as fully completed repeatable pole H-events with a working “consent form” for you to customize what happens to Kira. On top of a “Slut” version of the scissoring event with Katya, expanded references to fetishes and stats in existing pole events, two alternative H-events for the AUG’s shop “Mausoleum” event (based on your path), possibility to go on the pole with Katya during the “Prison Break” quest, updated first pole events and more. 

It’s proven to be too much, but we’re very close to finishing it all. If all goes well, this version will finally be uploaded this month. 

That’s all I had to say for today, both me and Moana are not happy with our speed, we’ll strive to work faster. 

Nothing bad happened, it’s just taking too much time so we momentarily went into the “headless chicken” mode and decided to upload a separate version with the prison harassment events to calm our nerves a little. 

In a couple of days there will be the small “prison harassment" update and a dedicated “Olga” post. Then, in a few weeks we’ll upload the fabled pole update and finally move on to the next chapter. I’ll also post new teasers of Kira’s face, once I’ll have something substantial to show you.
