2020-01-25 15:35:20 +0000 UTCHmmmm, I have to agree about the chuck, that something is off by a tooth. If you look at the video from about 8:59-9:04, it appears that before disassembly, both jaws were protruding the same amount. There's also a great frame at around 9:23 that shows both jaws flush with the chuck body at the same time. I assume that center threaded part is a single-start thread? Did you try flipping it around 180 degrees?

2020-01-23 02:47:27 +0000 UTCLooks like you may have the jaws out of time by one tooth on the chuck. It can be a pain to get a modern 6 or 3 jaw lined up sometimes that thing looks like a real bear.
