2017-12-10 18:36:00 +0000 UTCThat would be awesome to get into one day. I plan on restoring just an old electric motor to learn more about it. I couldn't go far in this video as I couldn't get the windings out of the casting. I will also need to learn how to rewind magnetos for some future tools.

2017-12-10 00:36:08 +0000 UTCI'd love to see you learn a bit about motor restoration. I know motor rebuilding is a big business so there must be lots out there! It can go from disassembly of the coils and inspection all the way to complete rewinds. I get the impression that you are a little intimidated by the electrical parts, however a little learning from a pro might let you get in a little bit deeper and restore the tools a little safer.
