Lucy - "So, It Any Good?"

Was supposed to get this done a week ago (actually two years ago, but trying to draw hands is actual torture), but made a bunch of poor life choices. Her name is Lucy, short for Lucille because irony that someone who's allergic to sunlight be named "light", she's my ghoulish/domesticated zombieish/dead but not really/ethical cannibal shut-in girl. Something about a virus changing her chemistry, different enzymes in her guts meaning she's gotta eat some human (think Shadowrun, like 1% of her body mass a week or something), doesn't handle sunlight too well, has greatly impaired vision but greatly enhanced physical strength and sense of smell, biological clock's stopped, that sort of ballpark of symptoms and conditions. Because of her condition, she's usually accompanied by a caretaker/nursing staff in case she needs help, like if her joints lock up or, worse case scenario, she goes feral from not meeting her minimum intake.
Context here is her most recent caretaker/nurse, whom she's crushing on, is a bit more direct, curious, and tactless than her previous ones, so when asked if medical waste sashimi tastes any good, she's not sure how to answer without making things more awkward.
