some advances of "Greetings from Hillsby" and some history too

Greetings users! before the main pack of the month im working on my other project Greetings from hillsby

this time i made a new version of the menu, to be fully compatible with the mouse, and is done! now the menu and the game will be compatible with the mouse to make it more "visual novelish"

now some history of this project:

first this appeared as a different scenario based in the same town where the history happens

"Heavenly Spark inn" this was made on rpg maker vx ace, the same idea but with a more adult scenes focused, with this i refer to the r18 content, this pic was the title screen of that project, and all was going to be in a "sketch" aesthetic since i was making this at the same time of another project, but that project is now cancelled, so i needed to do something more "quickly"

with the failed test of the other project i just freezed all my efforts to do more games and focused only on art XD, but still worked on little things, so i gained more interest on this project, so i decided to remake it a little bit, for much time this project didnt have a name, but then i saw the "greetings from" cards sometimes people send to their relatives, the idea of a little mysterious town, that have their own cards to share... grown on my mind, and now the only one hotel project became a whole town of adventures and dark mysteries, i got inspiration on many vintage horror aesthethics, as well movies like mars attack, the fog, as many others

this time this was a hybrid since i was still making this on rpg maker vxa, but in that times i was testing the rpg maker mv the newer entry.... and i loved it to much that then i decided to start from 0, and make everything there instead, in this time all the game was keyboard only with point and click options but no mouse interaction.

and now...

now the project that initially gonna be in a monochromatic sketch aesthetic, i decided to go more serious on it since i think i received enough help of you patreon users to finally take a little time on my patreon schedules to start working on this more regularly

now the project is gonna be fully colored with a variety of charas, this is the new title screen, i wanted it to have a vintage horror feeling on it, this game is going to be on chapters, and each chapter is going to have their own misadventures also their own retro horror logo on it XD

also now this title screen is going to be fully interactive with the mouse, i needed to burn up my brain to find everything i needed to make it work XDDDDDDDD

tbh i feel good with it, since i think it reseembles what i wanted to express, the first thing the users gonna see, still im thinking on making it background pic to change depending on what chapter you pass the mouse on

ive been working on all this engines this days XDD but for now im gonna let it rest, i need to start working on that paaaaack XD
