Threatening to turn him in for attempted murder if he doesn’t agree to let Quint move in with the 3 of them. They could keep pushing Chad further and further. Having him serve them drinks/do all of the housework. Maybe even involve him in the bedroom. In a humiliating way of course. Basically he would be there to serve the 3 of them in whatever way they wanted.
