With general use, expect inspiration, signs even direct communication (depends on how your brain itself works, each person has different ways of interpreting data (Information).
Use 3 - 4 times a day.
It removes blockages to that connection as well.

(Otherwise I have to go searching for the description every time or take screenshots of them and they're hard to organize that way.) They usually teach me things I never knew and I find highly fascinating! Plus I love how not only does Sapien Med help fix the issue as fast as possible but also how he includes long term benefits with them to prevent it in the future.
