I know that struggle and pain all too well. I’ve suffered with this since a small child and has been getting worse throughout my 30’s. I’m approaching 40 and am lucky if I can get one small movement a week. I recall a time a few years ago when I’d go once a month. I think this problem has to do with mucus in our colon. Possibly parasites as well. I do a parasite cleanse every couple months. I then buy a colonoscopy prep (PegLyte) from my pharmacy to force empty my bowels. It’s full of parasites, worms and mucus. Maybe you can have your doctor do a stool test to look for parasites?

I've been having irregular poo for the past 6 months or so. Whenever I have to go to the bathroom I have like a couple minutes before it comes out(unable to hold it in). Usually when it comes out it looks like its not as healthy. I noticed more bowel control when listening to this, can hold it in when needed and when it comes out it looks healthy,. Also my belly size has shrunk a lot. Thank you for this. (sorry if I shared too much info)
